Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in accounting/finance.
• 1+ year in captive insurance, accounting, or auditing.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Proficient Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients with reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements by deadlines.
• Complete regulatory filings required by captive domiciles.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and service providers.
• Ensure clients remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with board meeting preparation and presentation materials.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to support department initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
