The role collaborates with the Global Captive Solutions Team and may be hybrid from any Hylant office locations or 100% remote. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and service providers are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related field.
• At least 1 year in captive insurance or insurance accounting or auditing.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint proficiency; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients with reporting and compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements within deadlines.
• Complete regulatory filings for captive domiciles.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and service providers.
• Ensure client entities remain compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with board meeting prep and materials.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with team and share knowledge.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
