Hylant is seeking a Captive Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of captive insurance clients and collaborate with the Global Captive Solutions Team. The role emphasizes strong analytics, client service, and regulatory reporting.

The position offers hybrid work from any Hylant office location or 100% remote, with travel as needed. Candidates should have an accounting/finance background and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations preferred but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients with reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements accurately and within deadlines.
• Complete regulatory filings and submissions required by captive domiciles.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and other service providers.
• Ensure client entities remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
• Assist with board meeting preparation and presentation materials.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to support department initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
