Job summary

Hylant Captive Solutions is seeking a skilled Captive Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of captive insurance clients. You will coordinate with the Global Captive Solutions Team to ensure timely financial reporting, regulatory filings, and strong client service.

This hybrid role can be performed from any Hylant office location or fully remote. The position emphasizes analytical work, effective communication, and collaboration with auditors, actuaries, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CPCU, ACIA, ARM, ACI, or other relevant professional designations preferred.
• Minimum of one year of captive insurance, insurance accounting, auditing, or related experience.
• Experience in preparing financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients with reporting and compliance needs.
• Prepare and review financial statements within established deadlines.
• Complete regulatory filings and submissions required by captive domiciles.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and other service providers.
• Ensure client entities stay compliant with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
• Assist with board meeting preparation and presentation materials.
• Support business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to support department initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
