The ideal candidate will have a business- or risk-focused education, excellent communication, and a teamwork mindset, with internship experience in captive insurance or a CPA firm as a plus. The role offers hybrid work from any Hylant office or 100% remote, emphasizing timely billing, premium tracking, regulatory compliance, and strong collaboration across teams

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management or Accounting required.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork are essential.
• Experience or internship in captive insurance or CPA is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support management of a portfolio of captive clients.
• Process timely billing and premium tracking for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and service providers for compliance.
• Manage a portfolio with competing deadlines and strong time management.
• Collaborate with captive professionals and support RFP/presentations.
• Assist with internal training and client communications.
