Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience in captive insurance management or auditing is beneficial.
• Ability to prepare financial statements and regulatory filings.
• Strong Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients with reporting and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements accurately and on schedule.
• Complete regulatory filings required by captive domiciles.
• Coordinate with auditors, actuaries, attorneys, regulators, and service providers.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
