Job summary

Chi-Chack LLC seeks a Program Lead-Capstone Exercise to oversee DIA JMAS training efforts at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. You will supervise contractor personnel, coordinate with government counterparts, and deliver high-quality capstone exercise blocks and related instruction.

You will manage scheduling, ensure compliance, support accreditation activities, and liaise with external agencies while maintaining safety, performance standards, and a collaborative learning environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• One complete and successful tour as an Attache, Defense Liaison Officer, Assistant Defense Attache, OPSCO, or Operations Coordinator.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the Department of War environment.
• Two years experience as a JMAS instructor.
• Demonstrated experience in an educational or training context with an emphasis on adult learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management of all personnel on the task. Act as a conduit between the off-site program manager and the government.
• Serve as both the Project Lead and the Capstone Exercise Lead and as an instructor for lesson blocks associated with the exercise.
• Oversee development and publication of the schedule for full-cycle support to the ATP capstone exercise, including Advance Team operations and Exercise Week execution.
• Ensure contractor personnel are aware of the communications chain for work hours, leave, and other personnel issues.
• Bring performance issues to the attention of the COR to ensure compliance with assigned tasks.
• Support accreditation activities through participation in committees and curriculum reviews for COE, IACET, ACE, and others.
