Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a Senior Joint Exercise Planner/Integrator to support USSOUTHCOM's Training and Exercise Division. You will lead planning, integration, and execution of complex joint and multinational exercises, aligning with Combatant Command priorities to strengthen readiness across the Western Hemisphere.

The role requires Top Secret/SCI clearance, extensive DoD exercise experience, and hands-on use of JELC, JOPES, JTIMS, and DRRS.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
Extensive experience supporting Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or multinational exercise programs.
Expertise with JELC, Joint Planning, JOPES, JTIMS, DRRS and joint training doctrine.
Superior written and verbal communication; ability to brief senior leaders.
Ability to coordinate across multiple organizations and manage complex planning.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, synchronization, and execution of complex joint and multinational exercises across the JELC cycle.
Serve as primary action officer during exercise planning events with USSOUTHCOM and partners.
Develop concepts, objectives, training audiences, assessments, and supporting docs.
Coordinate scenarios, MSEL activities, force requirements, and deployment data.
Manage Joint training systems and data; ensure accurate readiness reporting.
Develop After Action Reports and recommend improvements for future exercises.
Provide senior-level planning, budget and program management support.
