Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Exercise Planner to support operational planning analysis, exercise design, and project management for defense clients. You will craft concept of operation briefs and measurable exercise outcomes.

You will apply MDMP, JELC, ADM, and JPP methods, work with Office 365 and SharePoint, and be prepared to travel up to 20% while maintaining a Secret clearance and a BS degree or CGSC ILE equivalent.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years planning and executing an exercise program.
• Experience with JELC, MDMP, ADM and JPP.
• Knowledge of Joint and multinational exercise design at operational level.
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint, and Office 365.
• Ability to convert concept to plan and brief senior leaders.
• Travel up to 20% and hold a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and CGSC ILE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services for operational planning analysis, exercise support, and project management.
• Develop, implement, and measure effectiveness of exercise plans and procedures.
• Create rich content using Office tools to tell realistic stories for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to identify threats, gaps, or risks and offer actionable recommendations.
