Terrestris, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Instructors, Training Support, and Technology-Based Instruction contract for the WHCA J7 Force Development Academy. This full-time, on-site role is based at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC, with core hours 0800–1500, Monday through Friday.

Candidates must have TS/SCI with PSD eligibility, U.S. work authorization, 5+ years PM experience, and 3+ years supervising.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with PSD eligibility is required.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• 5+ years of project management experience and 3+ years of personnel supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site Program Management Office at the WHCA Training Academy during core hours.
• Oversee daily performance, scheduling, personnel, administrative operations, resources, and deliverables.
• Communicate daily with the COR to meet SLAs.
• Manage and resolve complaints and grievances from contractor personnel.
• Develop and maintain the Contract Management Plan and Project Management Plan.
• Create and update the Contract Personnel Staffing Plan.
• Prepare Monthly Fill Rate and Staffing Level Reports to the Government.
• Deliver Weekly Activity Reports and Monthly Status Reports detailing program performance.
• Identify and report on cost, schedule, and performance risks.
• Attend monthly Financial Management Reviews and quarterly In-Progress reviews.
