Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced capital markets leader at the associate partner level to grow the FS practice in North America. You will lead strategic programs, manage client engagements, and enable others to drive impact while partnering with sales teams. Leverage industry connections to open new doors for Infosys.

You will work across Asset Management, Wealth Management, and Private Markets, shaping AI‑enabled solutions and defining strategic offerings for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 14-16+ years of relevant work experience with 7 years of experience in comparable consulting services.
• Big 4 or equivalent experience in a leadership capacity.
• Industry Focus in Financial Services: Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Private Markets, Alternative Investments.
• Willing to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

Responsibilities

• Primary focus will be Client Management, Program and Project Leadership, Practice and People Development, Business Development and Thought Leadership.
• Participate in all aspects of proposal development process and write high‑quality proposals and pricing strategies.
• Lead and supervise project teams through assessment, design, prototyping and deployment.
• Mentor and develop consultants and participate in hiring/training initiatives.
• Interact with senior leadership across lines of business and IT to present capabilities and deliver workshops.
