Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an Associate Partner in the Capital Markets group to lead engagements across Asset Management, Wealth Management and Private Markets. You will drive strategy, program delivery, and large-scale transformations while building a high-performing, global team.

You will lead business development, manage client relationships at the C-suite level, and partner with sales to grow the footprint in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 14–16+ years experience with 7+ years in leadership in Capital Markets
• Big 4 or equivalent leadership experience in consulting
• Industry focus in Capital Markets, Wealth Management, Asset Management or Private Markets

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and program leadership across Asset Management, Wealth Management and Private Markets
• Drive business development, sales campaigns and revenue recognition across North America
• Mentor consultants and build a strong practice through hiring, training and coaching
• Interact with senior client leadership and IT executives to present capabilities and value propositions
• Oversee transformation programs including process optimization, data governance and analytics
• Develop and deliver proposals, pricing strategies and pursuit materials
