Job summary

The role includes scope generation, vendor bid solicitation, and budget creation to support the fiscal year. You will monitor vendors for quality, ensure permits and codes compliance, and prepare cost tracking and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-family construction project management.
• Must be able to supervise and monitor projects to ensure quality.
• Must be proficient in general maintenance including: plumbing, electricity, painting, drywall, floor coverings, carpentry, locks, appliances, pools & spas, roof, city codes and life safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise all vendors to ensure quality and on-time completion.
• Ensure compliance with contract agreements, city codes, permits, and liability mitigation.
• Maintain project records, track expenses, and prepare reports weekly and monthly.
