Responsibilities

• Track and update project details using property management software and Excel.
• Create and revise project budgets and issue purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for timely invoices.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and manage accruals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to keep projects on track.
