Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Mankato, MN to lead capital projects across operations and facilities. You will plan, manage and support Capex initiatives, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet safety, budget and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering with 3 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering or capital project management, or 7 years of relevant experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Experience in capital projects and process improvement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate capital projects to meet requirements and stay on time and budget.
• Develop work-scope specifications and request documentation from suppliers.
• Ensure safety, cost control, and on-time completion of projects.
• Prepare layouts of buildings, assembly areas and equipment; provide technical support.
