Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer/ Manufacturing Engineering – Purchasing for Indianapolis, IN, offering a multi-month placement program designed to develop end-to-end manufacturing engineering knowledge across live projects in our plants and supply chain.

You will gain exposure to the full breadth of manufacturing engineering through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on experience on site or with external teams, preparing you for leadership and future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field with graduation date Dec 2026 or May 2027.
• Willingness to travel between locations during internship.
• Open-minded, curious, and agile approach to work and career development.

Responsibilities
