Job summary

Integrated Project Management Company in Minneapolis seeks a Project Engineer with CAPEX experience to lead capital projects in manufacturing settings. You will drive end-to-end delivery, embed Lean and OpEx, work with GMP-regulated environments, and collaborate with Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams to ensure right-first-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years delivering capital projects in consulting or matrixed environments.
• Strong foundation in capital project management and operational excellence.
• Experience across Life Sciences, Consumer, and/or Industrial sectors.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders as owner's rep.
• PM certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, PE are a plus.
• Familiarity with GMP, FDA, OSHA, ISO.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery outcomes across end-to-end or phase-driven projects.
• Manage projects within scope, schedule, and budget per IPM standards.
• Advise client leaders and translate strategy into capital roadmaps.
• Lead FEL, front-end planning, design readiness, and realization.
• Embed Lean, OpEx, and Continuous Improvement into capital planning.
• Collaborate with GMP, Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams.
• Develop capital playbooks, templates, and delivery frameworks.
• Present executive and detailed updates and final readout.
