Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a Segment Project Procurement Specialist to support multiple manufacturing plants within the Metal Castings division, North America, reporting to the Regional Procurement Lead. This role focuses on security of supply, cost savings, process optimization, and supplier risk mitigation beyond transactional procurement.

Based in the greater Muskegon, Michigan or northwest Indiana area, travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of three years in Procurement or Contract Development/Management.
• Minimum one year of experience with Oracle or similar ERP system.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Review plant requirements and SOWs to identify suppliers.
• Create, review, and negotiate service agreements and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and others for contract compliance.
• Monitor contract performance and mitigate risks.
• Lead CAPEX projects and coordinate cross-functional timelines.
