Job summary

Augmentis is assisting in the recruitment of a Segment Project Procurement Specialist to support multiple North American plants in the Metal Castings division. The role focuses on securing supply, driving CAPEX procurement, and managing supplier risk across sites.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure contracts reflect scope and performance metrics, while enabling cost efficiency and project timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement or Contract Development/Management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Oracle or similar enterprise system.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Access to export-controlled items; ability to obtain access as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Contract Development and Management: review requirements, create and negotiate SOWs and POs, ensure contract language accuracy.
• Project Management: lead CAPEX projects, support outsourcing and supplier onboarding, define timelines and deliverables.
• Process Control and Compliance: identify process inefficiencies and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Multi-Site Support: provide plant support across the division and assist with RFQ issuance, PO placement, and invoice reconciliation as needed.
