Job summary

Young Life Incorporated seeks a Capernaum Director for the Northwest Twin Cities area, serving students with disabilities from 14–21. You will lead the Capernaum Club, recruit and train volunteers, and coordinate ministry to introduce students to Jesus Christ in a faith-based youth environment.

The role may be full-time or part-time, depending on fit and experience, with opportunities to extend impact through camps and regional events. Strong relational and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Northwest Twin Cities Capernaum ministry for students with disabilities (ages 14–21).
• Build and coach volunteer leaders and staff to sustain ministry programs including clubs and campaigns.
• Develop annual ministry strategy and fundraising support as needed.
• Collaborate with area leadership to implement program activities and outreach.
