Qualifications

• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of volunteers and staff in Capernaum ministry.
• Oversee ministry to students aged 14–21 with cognitive and intellectual disabilities.
• Coordinate with parents/guardians and community partners.
• Engage with area leadership to implement ministry plans.
