• Must have completed Core Training —Phase One.
• Proven leadership and relational skills with kids with disabilities and adults.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Gospel-focused calling to reach youth.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement spiritual development plans and activities.
• Lead and support teams in spiritual development and ministry.
• Coordinate resources and volunteers for events and activities.
• Engage with schools, parents and community partners to reach kids.
• Maintain professionalism and clear communication with area directors.
• Assist in fundraising and ministry support activities.
