Job summary

Young Life is seeking a mission-driven leader to support Capernaum ministry regionally in the United States. The role centers on leadership development, regional collaboration with directors, and promoting disability inclusion within Young Life’s ministry framework.

Candidates should hold a college degree, demonstrate strong leadership and relational skills, and be willing to travel as required to advance regional ministry goals and the broader Young Life mission.

Qualifications

• Commitment to a growing relationship with Christ.
• Ability to clearly communicate Young Life’s mission and the vision for Capernaum.
• Proven relational skills with both adolescents and adults.
• Past or current involvement in local or regional Capernaum ministry.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as the job requires.

Responsibilities

• Ensure administrative requirements are handled with excellence.
• Maintain Capernaum contacts and ministry information in YL Connect.
• Support volunteers and staff with leadership development and resources.
• Lead regular calls and foster community among staff and volunteers.
• Collaborate with regional directors to grow Capernaum in the region.
• Participate in required missionwide training and development.
