NW Twin Cities Young Life is seeking a Staff Associate I to serve as the Capernaum Director for the Northwest Twin Cities area. The role supports students with disabilities (ages 14–21) through Club, Campaigners, and camp activities, with potential for full-time or part-time engagement depending on fit and experience.

The position emphasizes ministry development, relational outreach, and leadership of volunteer teams within a faith-based youth ministry setting.

Formación

• Experience in direct ministry.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• College degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out and model ministry across multiple program areas (spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, ministry support).
• Lead a Young Life club and Campaigners/discipleship ministry with excellence.
• Develop and implement a summer and school-season camping strategy for ministry.
• Engage in fundraising and donor relations to support the ministry.
• Collaborate with area leaders, principals, pastors, and volunteers to grow the ministry.
