Job summary

A non-profit youth ministry organization in Michigan seeks a Capernaum Regional Coordinator to develop and strengthen Capernaum ministries while training and supporting staff. The ideal candidate has a degree and experience in youth ministry, with a commitment to deepening relationships with Christ and inclusion of youth with disabilities. Responsibilities include leading spiritual development, resource management, and community engagement to foster an inclusive environment. Training and ongoing development opportunities will be provided.

Qualifications

• Commitment to a relationship with Christ and ability to train others.
• Experience leading a Capernaum ministry is recommended.
• Understanding the unique issues of families with teenagers with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Capernaum ministry and support staff.
• Recruit and train new team members.
• Lead and participate in inclusive and Capernaum ministry activities.
