You will recruit, train, and manage canvassers, drive appointments for bathroom remodeling services, and oversee field operations across Grand Rapids and surrounding West Michigan. This is a leadership role with flexible hours and strong performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
• Train team on company messaging, sales presentations, and appointment setting.
• Ensure accurate collection of customer information and lead data.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading and managing a successful canvassing or sales team.
• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required.
