Qualifications

Proven experience leading canvassing or sales teams.
Door-to-door sales or canvassing background required.

Responsibilities

Select and manage canvassing territories in Grand Rapids and West Michigan to maximize leads.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a canvass team.
Lead daily field activities to generate qualified appointments for bathroom remodeling services.
Monitor performance, track metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Train team on company messaging, sales presentations, and appointment setting.
Ensure accurate collection of customer information and lead data.
Assist with local marketing, community outreach, and social media promotion.
