Your leadership, coaching, and ability to hit KPI targets will shape daily field activities, territory management, and appointment setting for our bathroom remodeling campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a canvassing or sales team.
• Door-to-door sales or canvassing experience required.
• Strong leadership with a track record of high performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and motivational abilities.
• Experience tracking KPIs and accountability.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Physically capable of walking 3-5 miles daily.

Responsibilities

• Select and manage canvassing territories in Grand Rapids and West Michigan.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of canvassers.
• Lead daily field activities generating qualified appointments.
• Monitor performance, track metrics, and drive improvement.
• Train team on messaging, presentations, and appointment-setting.
• Ensure accurate collection of lead data.
• Support local marketing, community outreach, and social media.
• Foster a positive, high-energy culture focused on growth.
