Aspen Contracting is seeking a Canvasser (Lead Generation) to engage homeowners in the St. Louis area, generate qualified appointments for the Sales Team, and educate homeowners about our exterior restoration services.

No canvassing experience is required; paid training is provided. This full-time W-2 role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities within a supportive team environment in Missouri and surrounding areas.

As a Canvasser, you'll introduce homeowners to Aspen Contracting, generate qualified leads for our sales team, and help homeowners connect with trusted exterior restoration professionals. No previous canvassing experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Hiring throughout the Greater St. Louis Metro area, including communities across Missouri and Illinois.

Important: This position services the St. Louis market. While you'll work throughout the territory, all training, meetings, and business-related activities are based out of our Bridgeton office.

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2)

Compensation: Hourly Pay + Performance Bonuses

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on neighborhood canvassing schedules

Travel: Local travel throughout the St. Louis Metro area

Experience: No canvassing experience required

What You’ll Do

As a Canvasser, you'll be the first point of contact between homeowners and Aspen Contracting.

• Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods.
• Generate qualified appointments for the Sales Team.
• Educate homeowners about Aspen Contracting's services.
• Represent Aspen professionally in the community.
• Track leads using company technology.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to support business growth.
• Meet individual and team performance goals.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, restaurants, promotions, or event marketing is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable walking outdoors for extended periods
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule

Compensation & Benefits

This is a Full-Time W-2 position with weekly pay and performance incentives.
