Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a current Weber State University student to apply.
• Basic computer experience (Microsoft Office, Windows and Mac operating systems, and various browsers).
• Ability and willingness to learn from written and oral instructions; ask clarifying questions to route calls.
• Good customer service and communication skills; ability to troubleshoot a variety of educational software issues.
• Hands on training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized support for the Canvas Learning Management System.
• Collaborate with Library and Testing Centers to support digital learning and testing environments.
• Remediate documents for Accessibility purposes.
• Assist Faculty, Students, and Staff via phone, email, ticketing systems, and walk-ins.
