The University of Utah is seeking an entry level university student to support online learning services. You will provide customer service to faculty and students and assist with the Canvas LMS.

Responsibilities include checking students in and out for exams, proctoring in the examination lab, responding to Zendesk tickets, handling paper exams, and basic Canvas consultation for walk-ins. This part-time, on-site role is campus-based in Salt Lake City, UT, with schedule determined by the school

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency with internet services, Canvas class delivery system, and Windows and Mac operating systems
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Campus schedule flexibility helpful

Responsabilités

• Check students in and out of the center for taking exams
• Perform all proctor duties in the examination lab
• Receive incoming Zendesk tickets, respond or properly assign
• Handle and properly file all paper-based exams used in the lab
• Process paper exams for instructor pick up
• Check and use the information in the UCR
• Clean lab computers, tables, chairs and floor
• Receive all student walk-ins, help or properly assign
• Basic level 1 Canvas consultation support for walk-ins and appointments
• Assist instructional design team when asked
