Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Wholesale Account Specialist to expand our cannabis brand presence by targeting new accounts and strengthening existing relationships. You will work closely with the Wholesale team to design high-performance sales strategies and ensure compliant, effective retail execution.

Responsibilities include servicing accounts, entering sales in POS systems, identifying trending products, and delivering regular activity reports.

Qualifications

• Proven network with market connections and a track record of sales program results.
• Strong influence and results in driving process improvement and growth.
• Strategic thinker who can translate business interactions into efficient workflows.
• Analytical thinker with clear communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership ability and teamwork; travel as needed, including weekends.
• Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication; CRM and Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve new and existing accounts and secure orders.
• Enter wholesale sales into software or POS systems.
• Open new doors and manage relationships with customers.
• Identify new or trending products to add to offerings.
• Submit activity and results reports and analyses.
• Recommend changes in products and policies by evaluating results.
• Maintain records on area and customer sales.
• Support management in developing sales strategies.
