Job summary

Essential Employment Services, Inc. is seeking a Cannabis Wholesale Sales Representative to drive wholesale revenue across an assigned territory, building strong relationships with licensed retailers and promoting Shaka and Springtime brands.

You will manage orders, coordinate fulfillment, review COAs for compliance, and provide product education, while meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals in a compliant, fast-paced cannabis market.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in cannabis.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Reliable transportation for in-person visits.
• Passion for cannabis industry and company values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with licensed wholesale buyers and retail partners.
• Manage inquiries, orders, payments status, and ongoing account support.
• Promote Shaka and Springtime brands in the market.
• Schedule pop-up events with retailers after deliveries.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Coordinate wholesale orders with internal teams for fulfillment.
• Review COAs and provide compliance documentation to wholesale buyers.
• Ensure all activities comply with state and local cannabis regulations.
• Provide product education, training, and ongoing support to partners.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts.
