Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management seeks a Wholesale Account Specialist to maximize sales by targeting new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with customers. The role requires engaging with retail partners, managing multiple activations, and reporting results to leadership. Travel and strong communication are essential.

• Build and manage sales programs across accounts.

Responsibilities

• Services new and existing accounts, obtains orders
• Enter wholesale sales into the applicable software or POS systems
• Focuses sales efforts by opening new doors and managing those relationships
• Identifies new or trending products to add to the products offered
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge
• Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
