Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs.
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older; pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Assist in verifying deliveries for accuracy
