Job summary

Green Thumb Industries seeks a personable Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in our retail dispensary. You will educate on products, recommend regimens, and ensure a safe, compliant store environment while delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities include helping with orders, maintaining stock, and supporting management to keep operations smooth. Prior cannabis experience is not required, but strong customer service and knowledge of cannabis products are valued.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must follow regulations for working in cannabis industry

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on knowledge of products and consumption methods
• Promote a positive, communicative, patient/customer-oriented work environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and compliantly
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are enforced
• Keep sales floor stocked and store appearance compliant
• Maintain hard copy files as required
• Follow security and safety procedures
