Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in a retail cannabis dispensary. You will engage with patients and customers, explain products and consumption methods, and guide them toward suitable regimens while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will also help verify orders, stock shelves, and support management in daily operations. A background in cannabis is not required, but compliance and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID and comply with all regulations for working in cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of interactions.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Support store operations to ensure smooth, compliant daily activities.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and maintain stock on the sales floor.
