Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a hands-on retail environment and guide them through product options and consumption methods. You will educate on safety, maintain a welcoming store presence, and support scheduling and daily operations.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis requirements.
• Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must be compliant with cannabis industry regulations.
