Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption and safety
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on needs and knowledge
• Promote a positive, patient/customer‑oriented work environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations and compliance with rules and regulations
• Ensure cannabis regulations are properly enforced
• Maintain stocked and well-presented sales floor
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Complete duties at assigned workstations during shifts
