Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a retail cannabis environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety; stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Recommend safe regimens tailored to customer needs and maintain product knowledge.
