Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a retail cannabis dispensary and guide them to the right products and methods of consumption. You will educate customers, answer questions, and ensure a positive, compliant shopping experience.

Role requires at least 1 year of customer service, ability to work varied shifts, and reliable attendance. Familiarity with POS systems and product knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Must be 21 years or older and able to pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Comply with all cannabis laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail cannabis dispensary setting.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend suitable regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
