Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, days, nights, weekends.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must follow all cannabis laws and company regulations.
• Cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Utilize product knowledge to recommend a safe and effective regimen for each customer.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations to ensure compliance and smooth running.
• Enforce local and state cannabis regulations.
• Keep the sales floor stocked and well-presented.
• Maintain records where required.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
