Green Thumb is seeking a personable Personal Care Specialist to assist customers in our dispensary. You will guide patients through product options and safe usage while maintaining a welcoming, compliant environment.

Responsibilities include educating customers, processing transactions on our POS system, and supporting store operations. Strong communication and professionalism are essential for daily interactions with patients and staff.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must be able to work a schedule including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a retail environment.
