Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of use, and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on knowledge of products.
• Support store operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain stocked sales floor and store presentation.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
