Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in our cannabis dispensary and provide education on products and usage. You will help ensure accurate order processing, maintain compliance with regulations, and support store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, reliability, and strong communication. Training is provided; background checks are required, and 21+ applicants only.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Scheduling and availability flexibility to cover mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable, responsible attendance and ability to pass background checks.
• 21 years or older with valid ID or driver's license.
• Must comply with all cannabis industry regulations; prior cannabis experience not required.
• POS experience and strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail cannabis environment and assist with product education.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and support store operations with management.
• Maintain safe, compliant, and well-stocked sales floor presentation.
• Follow security and safety procedures; maintain patient information and records as required.
• Operate POS system and basic office software to process orders and communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
