Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist customers in a customer-facing retail cannabis environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption and safety.
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and product knowledge.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
• Verify deliveries and assist management with daily activities.
