Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a cannabis dispensary setting, educate on products, and recommend safe regimens. You’ll work to ensure a welcoming, informed experience for every patient and customer, while staying current on product knowledge and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (i.e., ability to work mornings, days, nights, weekends) to meet business needs.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens and stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented work environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
