Verano is seeking a Cannabis Advisor in Aurora, IL, to greet customers, educate on cannabis products, and support a fast-paced retail environment. You will help customers navigate product options, explain types and methods, and ensure accurate order processing.

The role requires 21+ years of age, 1–2 years of retail experience, and a commitment to ongoing cannabis education. Applicants must pass a background check and state badge requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging required.
• Interest in cannabinoids, terpenes and product applications.
• Ability to use office equipment and software (Word, Excel, email).
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Assist customers in navigating cannabis products and uses (no medical advice).
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Maintain clean, organized workstation and storefront.
• Process online orders and ensure accurate METRC/BioTrack updates.
