Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older; valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of interaction.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on knowledge of products.
• Support store operations and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory and store presentation across front and back of house.
