Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements
• Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in cannabis industry

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment
• Educate patients/customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on knowledge of products and consumption methods
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations and compliance with rules and regulations
• Ensure proper stock and store presentation
• Follow security and safety procedures
• Assist in Front of House and Back of House duties
• Maintain hard copy files as required
